Privacy policy
What this site does with data. It is a short page, because the site does very little: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking.
Who is responsible
Data controller: UAB Žalioji Pandora, company code 304894611, VAT LT100019674311, Gedimino pr. 20, LT-01103 Vilnius, Lithuania, operating nocode.lt. Contact person: Olga Kairienė. She is responsible for everything written on this page and answers your email herself.
- Email: hello@nocode.lt
There is no data protection officer. A studio this small is not required to appoint one, so write straight to the address above.
What the site collects
This site is plain static HTML. It sets no cookies, writes nothing into your browser storage, and loads no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts. The fonts, images and the single script come from this domain, so no other company learns that you were here.
Two things do involve your data.
Your email. If you write to hello@nocode.lt, we get your address, your name if you sign the message, and whatever you put in it. Purpose: answering you and, if it goes that way, agreeing on a project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to you (Article 6(1)(f)).
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Railway, records the usual technical data for every request: IP address, time, the page asked for and the browser name. That is what keeps the site running and shows us errors and attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security and availability (Article 6(1)(f)).
We ask for nothing else, buy no data from anyone, and do no profiling or automated decision making.
Who else sees it
- Railway: hosting and server logs.
- Our email provider: the correspondence itself.
Some of them work outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision. We would also hand over data if an authority demanded it in writing.
How long we keep it
- Correspondence: up to 2 years after the last contact, or after the project ends. Longer only where accounting or a possible dispute needs it.
- Server logs: a short period, set by the hosting provider.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It writes nothing into localStorage or sessionStorage either. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. The one script on the page, motion.js, runs the animation and sends nothing anywhere. If that ever changes, this page changes first and a consent banner comes with it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can:
- see your data and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict how it is used;
- object to processing that rests on legitimate interest;
- take your data to another controller.
How: write to hello@nocode.lt and say what you want. We answer within 30 days. If you think we handle your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
The site is aimed at businesses and organisations. We do not knowingly collect data about children, and we delete it if we ever receive it by mistake.
Changes
If the site ever starts doing something else with data, this page changes with it. The current version is always here.
